• There is no pool heat fee for this beautiful 3 bedroom vacation condo.
• A one time cleaning fee of $65 applies if a booking is less than 7 nights.
• A one time processing fee of $35 applies to all short term rental bookings.
• Taxes of 13% (7% state revenue tax and 6% county tourist tax) are not included.
• Security deposit is additional and refundable. See Terms and Conditions.
